Return Window — You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Start a Return — Contact us at hello@gwinmei.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll provide instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds — Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items — If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items — Items that have been used, damaged after delivery through customer handling, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.

Return Shipping — Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
