Do you ship internationally?

Right now we only ship within the United States. We're focused on getting the US experience right before expanding further.

How much is shipping?

Free — on every order, no minimum required.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, then take 7–15 business days to arrive depending on your location.

What's your return policy?

30 days from delivery, unused and in original packaging. Contact us to start a return.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Contact us within 7 days with a photo of the issue — we'll send a replacement or full refund, no cost to you.

How does solar charging actually work?

A small solar panel charges a built-in battery in direct sunlight, storing power you can use anytime — even after dark.

Is this just for emergencies?

Not at all. It's built for everyday use — camping, tailgates, backyard evenings — as much as for outages.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes — checkout runs through Shopify's secure system. We never see or store your card details.
